Nantucket Community Music Center presented a special student concert by Nantucket High School senior, Maudjeani Pelissier. “My Gift to You” premiered in the NCMC Parlor at 56 Centre St. on Friday, March 25 at 7pm, and featured performances of 4 original compositions for piano and voice.

Membership at Nantucket Community Music Center

NCMC members enjoy free or discounted admission to student recitals, concerts, classes and more. Members also have use of the music studios for practice on pianos or individual instruments during times when the NCMC Office is open and studio space is available.

Elizabeth let me play the Red Violin after her performance! The sound was warm and it played with ease. I tried to focus on the instrument but I got completely discombobulated when I realized she had walked away leaving me with the violin. So I just kept playing!
